Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 

Summary of Management Duties:
The Diamondhead Condo Manager oversees the daily operation, maintenance and administration of the condominium. The manager ensures that the condo runs smoothly and that common areas and assets are maintained to the satisfaction of the Board of Directors and residents. Some of the specific responsibilities are listed below:

Property Maintenance & Project Management:
-
Regularly inspect the building and grounds; oversee repairs and maintenance
-Develop and inplement preventative maintenance program
-Select vendors and ensure work meets expectations
-Solicit bids for major projects and oversee project's completion

Administration and Compliance:
-Ensure compliance with local, county and state regulations and condo by-laws
-Establish job descriptions for all staff and ensure work is completed
-Facilitate and attend all Board meetings; set up meetings via phone and Zoom

Financial Management:
-
Review, process and code invoices in a timely manner
-Review financial reports for accuracy
-Work with the Treasurer to develop annual budget

Communication Management and Resident Relations:
-
Foster positive relationships with residents
-Ensure timely emails sent regarding critical building issues

Safety and Security:
-Implement and maintain security measures to ensure safety of residents
-Monitor sign in compliance for both guests and contractors
